At Habitat for Humanity affiliates throughout Idaho, we are committed to empowering communities through affordable housing solutions. Our mission is to create a path to homeownership for families, fostering stability and self-sufficiency.

We walk alongside families as they transition into homeowners—a transformation that impacts generations. As mortgages are repaid, those funds are reinvested into future housing projects, creating a cycle of hope and opportunity. This work is made possible through the generous support of donors, businesses, and volunteers. Every contribution continues to bless the families we serve.

Our Home Repair Programs strengthen communities by addressing critical needs. Availability varies by location, so please check with your local affiliate.

Our ReStores across Idaho help fund our mission while reducing landfill waste and offering shoppers great bargains. Donations of gently used items and construction items are always welcome.

 Habitat for Humanity of Idaho is dedicated to supporting our state’s affiliate organizations in delivering affordable housing, repairs and aging-in-place solutions for communities across Idaho. 

Here’s how we make a difference:

While Habitat for Humanity of Idaho does not directly build homes, we provide education, technical assistance, and resources to local affiliates. This support strengthens their ability to create lasting, positive change in their communities.

Affordable housing transforms lives and communities. Habitat Idaho partners with affiliates and families to build and improve homes, while advocating for solutions to the housing challenges faced by Idahoans and families nationwide.

We equip affiliates with tools for success through training programs, technical guidance, best practices, and capacity-building resources—empowering them to serve more families effectively.

Habitat for Humanity of Idaho champions policies and legislation that promote affordable housing and community development, ensuring every family has a fair chance at stability and opportunity.

Through these efforts, Habitat for Humanity of Idaho strives to put God’s love into action—building not only homes, but hope and stronger communities across our great state.
